What I do.....

I Own and run A.S.K.Property Lettings,Management and Maintenance based In Belper, Derbyshire. We cover the whole of The Amber Valley and have recently branched out into Mansfield, Nottingham and all surrounding areas.

We are a member of the RLA (Residential Landlords Association) which gives security and added weight if there are any problems e.g.bad tenant.

We are totally independant and do not have a big flashy office in town which commands a high monthly rental and only use local trades people, we believe in keeping it local, being upfront and totally honest and saving our clients money where possible (a far cry from the stereotypical image of a property agent)

As every business is built on reputation, but not always focusing on great customer service....our belief is treat your clients with a top service....it will then lead to a well deserved reputation.
